A Wayne County judge has ruled that Northville must reopen its downtown streets to traffic by July 15, ending a two-year legal battle over the controversial street closures.

The controversy on seasonal street closures in downtown Northville, Michigan, has reached a boiling point yet again.

Main and Center streets have been closed off to traffic. However, on Tuesday night, these streets will reopen.
