CHARLESTON — Opening in December, the Charlie West Ghost Tours of Charleston will be a fun way to learn history while exploring ghostly aspects of West Virginia’s capital city.

Charleston Museum and its Historic houses will remain open on Labor Day, with museum hours running from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
