The Cincinnati Reds have been quietly working during the off-season and are now reportedly interested in the top reliever left in the market: Carlos Estevez

The Reds are engaged in talks for free agent closer Carlos Estévez according to Bob Nightengale. Estévez, 32, is one of the best free agent relievers available. He posted a 3.90 ERA with 31 saves and a plus 27.

Carlos Estevez, an American League All-Star in 2023 for the Los Angeles Angels, had 57 saves over the past two seasons for the Angels and Phillies.

With the NL Central looking like it’s going to be wide open this coming season, the Cincinnati Reds are looking to do their part in making the race for the division crown that much more crowded. To that end,
