Syracuse, N.Y. — Four Syracuse firefighters were treated for heat-related injuries Monday while responding in extreme heat to a blaze on the city’s North Side, officials said.

Firefighters have been battling it for nearly two days now. It is all happening as the high winds refuse to let up. A DCNR official said 10-15 percent of the fire is contained.
