A new study says this “under the radar” town west of San Antonio is one of the nation’s most popular places to celebrate the 4th.

Garner State Park holds 16 miles of scenic trails. There's also a 2.9-mile stretch of access to the Frio River, and it has 1,774 acres available for overnight camping.
