Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar released a strongly worded statement in Hyderabad on Wednesday, marking the 50th anniversary of the imposition of Emergency in India.

The incident was captured on CCTV, and a commuter who witnessed the crash reportedly chased the vehicle for several kilometres, recording a video that clearly shows the registration number.
