GEORGE TOWN: PKR's Kebun Bunga assemblyman Cheah Kah Peng has been "exempted" from handling the registration of flood victims eligible for financial aid in his constituency.

THERE will be a partial road closure along Jalan Kebun Bunga in George Town for around 20 months to make way for the Penang Hill cable car project.
