Method Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Heat the oil in a large, shallow, ovenproof pan or casserole. Add the chicken pieces and fry over a high heat for 5 minutes until browning.
Remove the chicken to a board, slice 1cm/½in thick, and serve with the wedges, corn and slaw. Delicious with tomato ketchup for dipping.
