PITTSBURGH — A groundbreaking ceremony was held in Pittsburgh’s Lower Hills District to mark the start of construction on a new music venue set to open in the city.

Live Nation is turning up the volume in Pittsburgh. The global entertainment giant broke ground Thursday on its new concert venue, Citizens Live at the Wylie, set to energize the Lower Hill District.
