The Fourth of July can be frightening for pets and the Humane Animal Rescue of people wants people to take precautions to protect them.

The woman was found trapped under the debris at Kottayam Government Medical College Hospital two hours after the building collapse, as the rescue operation allegedly lost steam for some time.
