CAMP HILL, Pa. — An inmate at a South-Central Pennsylvania prison killed his cellmate, according to Pennsylvania State Police. UPDATE: A second death has been reported at the prison.

Conrad is the second SCI-Camp Hill inmate found dead in his cell this week. Tuesday morning, inmate Bernard Grover (Alias: Kevin Beattie), 57, from Philadelphia, was also found dead in his cell.
