MONTCLAIR — It took Omari Morgan a year and a half to learn the kick flip, a skateboarding trick that makes the board spin underneath your feet during a jump. But it wasn’t easy to practice.

The 38th annual Art in the Park will be held today and tomorrow at Clary Anderson Arena on Chestnut Street in Montclair. Art in the Park is open to the general public from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. today.
