ROSEVILLE, MI – A former Detroit police officer is accused of threatening his family and damaging his stepdaughter’s vehicles with spray paint.

Prosecutors allege that Rick Allen Fields sent threats to his ex-wife and stepchildren through email, voicemail and text messages.
