Guitar maker Gibson sent a news release just before the Ubisoft Forward E3 news conference on June 12, 2021 saying that Rocksmith Plus would be the next game in Ubisoft’s music-learning franchise.

Rocksmith for PC has been assigned a release date by Ubisoft. The music teaching tool will be available through Steam on October 16, and can be pre-purchased through the distribution platform now.

Rocksmith Plus is coming to PC on Sept. 6, and will be available on a subscription basis through the Ubisoft store. Rocksmith Plus will be available for $14.99 as a monthly subscription.
