Westhab’s president Bob Miller will retire in February after 30 years of rehabilitating and building about 2,000 units of affordable housing in Westchester County.

Whether people get connected to Westhab through the drop in center or Project Connect, the goal is ultimately the same: to get them a place to stay and set them on a path out of homelessness.

Westhab owned roughly $12.7 million worth of land and buildings and had about $79.5 million in net assets at the end of 2022, according to its tax records for the year.
