The International Cricket Council (ICC) sent the Champions Trophy to Pakistan for a tour of the country. The trophy visited major cities where matches are planned. The ICC is yet to finalise the tournament schedule.

Even though the ICC is yet to announce the final schedule of the Champions Trophy, it flew the trophy to Pakistan on Thursday for a tour of the country beginning 16.

The BCCI has informed the ICC about its inability to travel to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy. The ICC, in turn, has sought a response from the PCB on hosting the tournament in a hybrid model.

The release of Champions Trophy schedule is key for broadcasters, as it will enable them to plan and execute their promotional and marketing strategies.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has sent the Champions Trophy from Dubai to Islamabad as Pakistan gears up to host the tournament from February 19 to March 9, 2025.
