Tropical Storm Gabrielle formed over the Atlantic on Wednesday, according to the National Hurricane Center. The system is located over the central tropical Atlantic. The system has maximum sustained winds of 45 mph and a minimum central pressure of 1006 mb.

Tropical Depression 7 is expected to become Tropical Storm Gabrielle in the Atlantic on Sept. 17, according to the National Hurricane Center.
