Jannik Sinner has started his Wimbledon quarterfinal against Ben Shelton on Wednesday with a white arm sleeve over the right elbow he hurt in his previous match. The No. 1-ranked Sinner injured himself when he slipped and fell in the first game of his fourth-rounder against Grigor Dimitrov on Monday night.

As Jannik Sinner pursues a fourth Grand Slam, he'll have somewhat of a physical limitation at Wimbledon. The Italian tennis star and world No. 1 is wearing a sleeve over his right arm for his quarterfinals matchup against Ben Shelton, a result of an injury he sustained in the last round.

Jannik Sinner sure didn't play like someone dealing with an injured right elbow Wednesday, using terrific serving and his usual booming forehand to dismiss 10th-seeded Ben Shelton 7-6 (2), 6-4, 6-4 and earn a second appearance in the Wimbledon semifinals.
