Florida found its replacement for Austin Armstrong in Vinnie Sunseri, who has risen through the coaching and coordinator ranks at an impressive pace.

Former University of Alabama and NFL safety Vinnie Sunseri, whose mentors include Nick Saban and Bill Belichick, reportedly is set to join Florida as co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.

Vinnie Sunseri always was known as an aggressive player for Alabama, as a safety running all over the place and hitting people. He's since carried that approach over to his coaching career, on Saturday accepting his second job in three and a half weeks since leaving the University of Washington -- going from the Huskies to Jacksonville State to Florida.
