Falcons vs. Vikings highlights: Atlanta's defense dominates in Week 2 win
The Atlanta Falcons got their first win of the season on Sunday night, a 22-6 victory over the Minnesota Vikings to improve to 1-1. Atlanta rushed for 218 yards on the ground, including 143 yards from Bijan Robinson, and dominated the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.
Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier powered the Falcons’ rushing attack back to life, fueling a 22-6 win over the Vikings on Sunday Night Football.
The Falcons intercept J.J. McCarthy with two minutes remaining to all but officially cap an Atlanta road win that will improve it to 1-1 while dropping the Vikings to 1-1. It was a fitting end for a night that was an offensive slog for both teams, but particularly the Vikings, who have gained only 10 first downs and mustered just six points.
