Sir Ridley Scott's untitled "Bee Gees" biopic has stalled at Paramount Pictures due to a contractual dispute with the filmmaker.

The Bee Gees film was meant to begin production early this year but will wait until the fall after the director now completes "The Dog Stars."

Ridley Scott has decided it's time to "move on," at least for the time being, from his Bee Gees biopic. It was announced that Scott, who recently made Gladiator II with Paul Mescal, was going to direct a Bee Gees biopic titled You Should Be Dancing.
