A brand new Xbox wireless controller will seemingly be revealed today. That's according to Dealabs ' reliable data miner 'billbil-kun' - known for previously leaking many industry announcements like upcoming PlayStation Plus line-ups. They reported that Microsoft will be releasing a new wireless controller in October.

Xbox is following up on its Sky Cipher limited-edition controller by bringing new transparent color options to the Design Lab.

It seems that Microsoft has been paying attention to all of those millennial nostalgia-bait posts about translucent iMacs and PlayStation DualShock controllers that go viral on social media, as it’s rising to the moment with its own lineup of see-through Xbox controllers.

The new translucent faceplate options are white (Ghost Cipher), green (Velocity Cipher), purple (Astral Cipher), blue (Surf Cipher), pink (Candy Cipher), and red (Pulse Cipher) options. Meanwhile, you can choose Energy Chroma and Sunset Chroma for the paddles and D-pad.
