PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV /Gray News) – A man who was rescued after being stuck in a 40-foot pipe for hours says he has no idea how he got there. The incident happened in northwest Portland.
Crews arrived at the scene and found the man at the bottom of a 40-foot ventilation pipe from a nearby parking garage. The pipe was only about a foot wide. Crews were able to get the man out quickly.
