Irving, Texas-based Christus Health plans to close its Christus Santa Rosa Hospital-Medical Center in San Antonio, effective April 25, and consolidate care to nearby system hospitals.

Christus has other Santa Rosa hospitals in Westover Hills, Alamo Heights, New Braunfels and San Marcos. They’re among about 60 hospitals it operates across the state.
