James “Jim” Donald Roth, 77, of Columbia Falls, passed away June 13, 2023. He was born Nov. 5, 1945, to the late Donald Louis Roth and Helen Mary Hale in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

James Roth is a senior research and advocacy fellow at the University of Minnesota Law School Human Rights Center.
