FRISCO, Texas — The Midland Rockhounds took on the Frisco Roughriders Thursday night in Game 2 of the Texas League Playoffs. The Rockhounds took Game 1 with a final score of 2-0 on Tuesday.

With Midland losing 6-0 to Wichita, the Roughriders lead in the division grew to eight games with seven remaining. Frisco, which won the Texas League in 2022, did not make the playoffs last year.
