Dedicated healthcare professionals with a combined service of more than 640 years have been recognised at a special ceremony.

Chris Small, who operates Hopgrove post office from inside the greenhouse of his family business on the outskirts of York, has been presented with a Post Office 30 Years' Long Service Award.
