Chick-fil-A is looking to acquire a property that could become the company's first Bay County location, and Mooney's Ice Cream recently reopened at a new space in Saginaw Township.

Officers were called to the Devonview Place area of the town at around 6am on Tuesday, July 8, after the alarm was raised.
