Keeneland Race Course announced that tickets go on sale Tuesday, Aug. 25, for its Oct. 29 "Prelude to the Cup" race card leading up to the Breeders' Cup World Championships Oct. 30-31.

Keeneland released plans March 1 to offer fans a limited number of ticket packages for dining, reserved grandstand seating, and general admission for the 2021 Spring Meet, to be held April 2-23.

The Breeders’ Cup races will play out at Keeneland for only the second time in the event’s 37-year history in 2020, and for the first time since 2015, on Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov. 7.

Breeders’ Cup World Championships hopefuls Mufasa, Gold Phoenix, Kilwin, and Pandora’s Gift are part of the 12 offerings by Keeneland for their Championship Sale Oct. 30.
