PLANO, Texas — Two days after a house explosion rocked a West Plano neighborhood, residents were hit with more shattering news: investigators said the explosion may have been intentional.
Detectives with the Plano Police Department said suspected thieves stole more than $2.5 million worth of trucks and SUVs from around North Texas.
Plano’s two appointees to the DART board, Barbera and Paul Wageman, told their City Council that the agency’s staff and their fellow trustees are not interested in returning those dollars.
