Punxsutawney Phil, the famous weather-predicting groundhog, became the focus of two different attention– because of his yearly forecast along with his private family matters.

Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow Sunday and predicted six more weeks of wintry weather, his top-hatted handlers announced to a raucus, record-sized crowd at Gobbler's Knob in Pennsylvania.

Today, Punxsutawney lore is showcased through Gobbler’s Knob, the home of Punxsutawney Phil and the location of his annual prediction party. It also incorporates various buildings such as a welcome center with interactive exhibits about Groundhog Day.
