Rebees, which has until now been in charge of retail leasing and experiential management, has launched a new division that has taken over property management of Sugar Land Town Square.

Rebees also plans to install solar panels and make GreenStreet carbon-neutral. GreenStreet was developed as Houston Pavilions in 2006 by Texas Real Estate Trust and Entertainment Development Group.

Rebees Management Company, has taken over the 32-acre Sugar Land Town Square, at the intersection of Interstate 69 and State Highway 6, the Houston Business Journal reported.
