Nearly one year ago, the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services raised concerns about severe staffing shortages among EMS workers in Kentucky.

The Scott County Fire Department reported that crews are on the scene of a large oil spill on Stamping Ground Road between 460 and Betsy Way.

Ericka Fouch, 38, was arrested July 1 in Dubois County, Indiana, after a traffic stop in Jasper and is being held on a $1 million bond.
