Sir Keir Starmer is expected to unveil a brand new 10-year plan for the NHS in a speech made in London to announce the blueprints for the future of the health service. The speech is expected to focus on “three big shifts” as the new plan will focus on how the NHS will transition from an analogue to a digital system,

Sir Keir added that all people could be caught "off guard" by their emotions. A spokesperson for Ms Reeves said she shed tears because of a "personal matter", and reports suggested that she had had a row with the Speaker of the House of Commons, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, before taking her seat.
