North Charleston police (NCPD) assisted in returning a naked child to his home after a couple found him wandering around.

Tyrone Taylor dove on a full sprint and made a backhanded snag, losing his hat as he bounced onto the warning track. Taylor appeared to mouth "Wow" as he got to his feet.
