An initial wave of light snow is expected Monday night, while the worst of the storm, featuring steady and accumulating snow, is expected to begin Tuesday morning and last into Tuesday night.
There were even some minor snow accumulations of a couple inches for some areas in the hills including Warsaw, Cassadaga and Batavia from Monday night into Tuesday this week.
Less than an inch of snow is expected Thursday night and less than a half-inch on Friday. The low temperature Thursday will be about 31 degrees. High on Friday will be about 42.
