Alien: Earth creator Noah Hawley has confirmed his upcoming Earth-set prequel series will include at least one of the franchise’s fearsome Xenomorphs.

Noah Hawley made an appearance at the Emmys over the weekend where he teased just how scary his Alien: Earth series is going to be.

Alien: Earth doesn't have an exact release date yet, but it will debut on Hulu in 2025. The series has big shoes to fill, as Romulus was a great scary return to form for the series, with some of the best practical Xenomorph thrills in decades. The short teaser for Earth can be viewed below.

Along with Chandler, the series' expansive international cast includes Alex Lawther, Timothy Olyphant, Essie Davis, Samuel Blenkin, Babou Ceesay, David Rysdahl, Adrian Edmondson, Adarsh Gourav, Jonathan Ajayi, Erana James, Lily Newmark, Diem Camille, and Moe Bar-El.

Hawley got his start in Hollywood by writing the screenplay for 2006's Lies and Alibis. From there, he went on to join the writers' room for the hit series Bones, where he also served as a producer. He would later go on to pen The Unusuals and My Generation, before he would eventually get his big break with 2017's Marvel series, Legion.
