British electricals retailer Currys raised its annual profit outlook after reporting a 2% rise in underlying sales for the Christmas trading period, with strong demand for mobile phones, gaming and computing offsetting weaker trends in TVs.

Currys said it expected profit for fiscal 2025 to beat market expectations and that it would restart paying dividends following a robust Christmas period.

Currys has upped its annual profit outlook after reporting a 2 per cent increase in underlying sales for the key Black Friday and Christmas trading period. Currys shares rose 11.12 per cent or 9.12p to 91.

Cardi B has publicly slammed her ex-husband Offset, also known as Kiari Kendrell Cephus, for not gracing their kids with presents on Christmas. She revealed that despite being in the city, he didn’t fulfill his fatherly responsibilities and seemingly neglected their kids on such a joyous occasion.

Cardi B has alleged that Offset did not buy any Christmas gifts for their children. She further wants him to sign the divorce papers.
