A public health alert has been issued by the US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) for frozen, fully cooked Wegmans chicken nuggets that may be contaminated with bone fragments.

The nuggets included in the alert were sold in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
