Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes' Kansas City steakhouse, 1587 Prime, will open on September 17. Menu highlights include dry-aged steaks, elevated sides like a twice-baked potato with black truffles, and a martini cart. The restaurant will seat 238 diners across two floors and includes a VIP private dining room with discreet access.
