CLEVELAND — The White Sox know Lenyn Sosa is going to be an aggressive hitter — little patience, not a lot of lengthy at-bats. His value at the plate comes from his ability to turn that aggression into runs, which he has done more consistently this season than in any other in his career.

Lenyn Sosa homered and drove in three runs as the Chicago White Sox beat the Detroit Tigers 6-4 on Sunday afternoon.Sosa walked and scored in the first inning, hit a solo homer in the third and hit a tiebreaking two-run single in the eighth as the White Sox won for the seventh time in eight games.

C.J. Kayfus and Jhonkensy Noel homered, helping Parker Messick and the Cleveland Guardians beat the Chicago White Sox 3-1.

The two clutch blasts not just won the game for the Sox but showed off a potential power-packed future on the South Side.
