Blackburn Fork River is a river located in Jackson County, Tennessee. It originates near Cookeville, Tennessee, and is a major tributary of the Roaring River. The watershed is home to three State Scenic Rivers that all flow into Cordell Hull Lake – Roaring River, Blackburn Fork, and Spring Creek – as well as Cummins Falls and Standing Stone state parks and the 25,000 acre Cordell Hull Wildlife Management Area.

Head out on this 1.0-mile loop trail near Cookeville, Tennessee. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 28 min to complete. This is a popular trail for hiking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The best times to visit this trail are March through October.
