Jun 9, 2020 · When I tried to buy Robux for my daughter, I was forced to follow the prompts from Microsoft to add money to his Microsoft account. I did that 3 times and I never got any other prompts to use the $ to buy the actual Robux! So there is $30 sitting in her account that I cant use to buy what I was forced to buy from Microsoft!! Help!!!!

May 30, 2020 · Its because of roblox themselves appearenatley. You cannot use microsoft balance to buy robux from within the roblox game app, but to buy from the microsoft store. And even THAT is redeemable only on xbox. Sucks a lot but i have an xbox at home so I was able to redeem my robux. I hope you get a refund or something will be done about this.
