Aug 12, 2024 · Local photographer Dave DiCello got up early Monday morning to try to snap some images of the Perseid Meteor Shower, which was supposed to be at its peak. But what he saw was much more impressive. “I headed to Mt. Washington, walked out to the overlook, and my jaw dropped,” he wrote on Facebook.

Jan 6, 2023 · West Park on the North Side of Pittsburgh is always one of my favorite spots in any season, but this fall was particularly gorgeous, especially these trees. Instead of just shooting a single image, I shot a vertorama (a panorama but shot vertically), to capture not only the leaves on the ground, but the tree overhead.

On a random bike in August 2019, I noticed that the Ft. Pitt Bridge perfectly framed the Duquense Incline in Pittsburgh. So I went back the next day to capture it, and finally have all four seasons. This is a unique view that I've never see anywhere else, and I'm proud of how this turned out!

The Reynolds Street Entrance to Frick Park is one of the most picturesque in the city, and it was so much fun capturing each season to create this composite. You receive five (5) images in this bundle: one of each season, and then the composite image.
