Dow Corning 795 Silicone Sealant cures to a durable and flexible silicone rubber building joint seal, and can accommodate plus or minus 50 percent joint movement in a properly designed joint.

A cost effective, one-part, acetoxy cure silicone sealant for general purpose applications. It provides a flexible bond and will not harden or crack. It is a high performance sealant, with +-25% movement capability when properly applied.

Made from silicone, these sealants are RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing). They’re non- sagging, so they won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces. Elongation and joint compression/expansion tolerance indicate flexibility— the higher the values are, the more joint movement sealants can sustain.
