In For Honor, each season a major game update focuses on improving the experience. Every season we release new free content including maps, features, or game modes, as well as new unlockable content, including heroes and weapon or character skins.

For Honor's Year 8, Forged in War, is the year of weapons and their influence over us. Each season in Year 8 will focus on a legendary weapon, and we will tell the tale of how this weapon forged the destiny of its wielder and thosearound them.

Heresy of the Relics, the Year 7 Season 1 launch event, lasts until April 6. Its new game mode has players capture zones to gain points, and each capture point gives each team member a buff. The event also brings new lootable weapons, a free event pass, and more.

For Honor’s latest season begins today. Titled Tyranny, Season 2 of the Year of Reckoning will be split into two major updates. The first portion of Season 2 includes a new limited-time in-game event, For Honor Games: Metal Trials, which brings back the Test Your Metal game mode.

Titled The Serpent Sword, Year 8 Season 4 begins a tale in which ambitious Wu Lin ruler General Zhi extends an offer of allegiance to Astrea, leader of the Horkos army, and offers her the Starfall Sword to seal their alliance.

Year 3, Season 2 of For Honor – titled Sakura – is nearly here, and it’s bringing with it a new dark Samurai Hero, the Hitokiri. Playable as either a female Hero (named Sakura) or a male Hero (Yato), the Hitokiri get their name from the word “manslayers.”
