One case between roommates featured the male defendant becoming belligerent in the course of trying to drive the plaintiffs out. During the case, the defendant claimed that poorly-disposed feces from the plaintiffs' iguana had made his chickens sick (believing that they had simply thrown the feces out in the yard).
