Introduction The ILY robotic flexible ureteroscope has been introduced in order to improve intraoperative ergonomics, reduce operator distance from radiation and shorten the learning curve.

To our knowledge, we present the first clinical experience of roboRIRS with ILY robotic system performed in human patients. The use of this robotic device appears feasible and safe.
