But the website says, that the free-version of malwarebytes will also have activated the premium version for the first 14-days (which would result in a parallel real time scan of avast and malwarebytes which I would like to avoid.)
Getting tired of Malwarebytes installing a "free trial" without asking!
Sep 26, 2018 · I used to really appreciate having the free version to double check on downloads and whatnot. Now being forced to accept the trial, go through the hassles for trying to get the free only option and resultant snafus, it simply is not worth the effort. Let me know when a free only version comes back and I'll give it a try. This is really sad.
