Marvin Hunter McIntyre was an American journalist and Presidential Secretary to President Franklin D. Roosevelt. McIntyre was born in Louisiana Grange, Kentucky, 27 November 1878 and was educated at the Wall and Mooney Preparatory school in Franklin, Tennessee, and at Vanderbilt University.
